At Speedflow, we want you to be completely satisfied with our Services. This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds may be issued and the process for requesting a refund. BETA/MVP NOTICE: As Speedflow is currently in beta/MVP stage, we understand that you may encounter bugs, service interruptions, or features that don’t meet your expectations. We are committed to being fair and flexible with refund requests during this development phase. This Refund Policy supplements our Terms and Conditions. In case of any conflict, the Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
1. Free Plan (Junior)
The Junior (free) plan does not require payment and therefore no refunds are applicable. You may cancel your free account at any time without any charges.
2. Paid Subscriptions (Middle Plan)
2.1 No Free Trial Period
Speedflow does not currently offer a free trial period for paid plans. You are charged immediately upon subscribing to a paid plan (Middle Plan at $19/month or $170/year). We recommend starting with our free Junior plan to evaluate whether Speedflow meets your needs before upgrading.
2.2 General Refund Policy
Standard Policy: Refunds are generally not provided for:
- (a) Partial subscription periods - if you cancel mid-month or mid-year, you will not receive a refund for the unused portion of your subscription;
- (b) Change of mind - if you simply decide you no longer want the service;
- (c) Subscription renewals - if your subscription auto-renewed and you did not cancel before the renewal date. Important: When you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. Your subscription will not auto-renew after that period ends.
2.3 Exceptional Circumstances - Discretionary Refunds
We may, at our sole discretion, issue full or partial refunds in the following exceptional circumstances:
- (d) Significant Service Outages: If Speedflow experiences extended downtime that prevents you from using the core analysis features for a substantial portion of your billing period;
- (e) Critical Bugs: If a severe bug prevents you from accessing essential features and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe;
- (f) Billing Errors: If you were charged incorrectly due to a technical error (e.g., duplicate charges, wrong amount, charged after cancellation);
- (g) First Payment Issues: If you experience immediate, insurmountable technical problems within the first 7 days of your initial paid subscription that prevent you from using the service, and we cannot resolve them;
- (h) Service Discontinuation: If we decide to discontinue Speedflow permanently and you have prepaid for service (annual subscription), you will receive a prorated refund for the unused portion. Note: During our beta/MVP phase, we are particularly understanding of user dissatisfaction due to service limitations or bugs. If you believe you qualify for an exceptional refund, please contact us with details of your situation.

You can cancel your subscription at any time through:
- (p) Your Speedflow account settings - navigate to the “Subscription” section and click “Cancel Subscription”; or
- (q) Email us at info@speedflow.cc with the subject line “Cancel Subscription”. What happens after cancellation:

- (s) Your subscription will not auto-renew;
- (t) After the billing period ends, your account will automatically downgrade to the free Junior plan;
- (u) No refund will be provided for the remaining time in your current billing period unless exceptional circumstances apply (see Section 2.3).
5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We are committed to resolving billing disputes fairly and promptly. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in:
- (v) Immediate suspension of your account;
- (w) Additional fees charged by Paddle.com for chargeback processing;
- (x) Potential termination of your account if the chargeback is found to be unjustified. If you believe a charge is incorrect or unauthorized, please email us at info@speedflow.cc immediately. We will investigate and, if appropriate, issue a refund without the need for a chargeback.
6. Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions ($170/year) are billed once per year and offer a discount compared to monthly billing. Refund Considerations:
- (y) No pro-rated refunds: We generally do not provide prorated refunds if you cancel mid-year. For example, if you cancel 6 months into your annual subscription, you will not receive a refund for the remaining 6 months;
- (z) Exceptional circumstances: As described in Section 2.3, we may consider prorated refunds on a case-by-case basis for significant service issues, permanent service discontinuation, or other exceptional situations;
- (aa) First 30 days: During our beta/MVP phase, if you purchase an annual subscription and encounter critical issues within the first 30 days that we cannot resolve, we will consider a full or partial refund on a case-by-case basis.
7. Payment Processor (Paddle)
All payments and refunds are processed through Paddle.com, our payment processor and Merchant of Record. This means:
- (bb) Paddle appears as the merchant on your credit card statement;
- (cc) Refunds are processed by Paddle on our behalf;
- (dd) Paddle’s refund processing times and policies also apply (typically 7-10 business days);
- (ee) For questions specifically about payment processing, you may also contact Paddle Support: https://www.paddle.com/support
8. Taxes and Fees
If you receive a refund, any applicable taxes (VAT, sales tax) will also be refunded. However, payment processing fees charged by Paddle are generally non-refundable. In cases of billing errors, we will work with Paddle to ensure you are fully refunded, including any fees.
9. Changes to This Refund Policy
As Speedflow is in beta/MVP stage, we may update this Refund Policy as our service evolves. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Services after changes to this Refund Policy constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
