1.2 If you are just browsing our Website, sections 1 to 10 apply to you.
1.3 If you decide to purchase our services, all sections 1 to 19 apply to you.

2.1 https://speedflow.cc is a website operated by an individual developer (“We”, “Us” or “Our”) based in Poland.
2.2 As this is a beta/MVP product operated by an individual, we are not currently registered as a formal business entity. This status may change as the product develops.

If You Purchase Our Services
11. The Services
11.1 Speedflow is a website analysis and optimization tool specifically designed for Webflow websites (“Services”). The Services analyze your Webflow website pages and provide recommendations for:
- (h) Code quality and structure improvements;
- (i) Performance optimization suggestions;
- (j) SEO enhancements;
- (k) Accessibility improvements;
- (l) Best practices for Webflow development.
11.2 The Services are provided via our web application accessible through your browser. More detailed information about features is available on our Website.
12. Who Can Use Our Services
12.1 Our Services are available to both individuals and businesses who:
- (m)Are at least 18 years old;
- (n) Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts;
- (o) Comply with all applicable local laws and regulations.
12.2 When creating an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You agree to keep this information current and up to date.
13. Service Plans and Subscriptions
13.1 We offer the following subscription plans:
- (p) Junior Plan - Free tier with limited features for basic website analysis;
- (q) Middle Plan - Paid subscription ($19/month or $170/year) with full access to all features and comprehensive analysis tools.
13.2 Plan features, limits, and pricing may change as we develop the product. Current subscribers will be notified of changes affecting their plan before renewal.
13.3 By completing a subscription purchase, you explicitly agree to pay for the selected plan and authorize recurring billing (if applicable).
13.4 We do not currently offer a free trial period for paid plans. The Junior (free) plan is available for unlimited time to evaluate basic features.
14. Pricing and Payment
14.1 All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of any applicable taxes (VAT, sales tax, etc.), which will be calculated and added at checkout based on your location.
14.2 Payment processing is handled securely by Paddle.com, our payment processor. We do not store your payment card information. Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions.
14.3 For recurring subscriptions (monthly or annual), you authorize automatic billing at the start of each billing period until you cancel. You will receive a receipt via email for each payment.
14.4 If payment fails, we may suspend your access to paid features until payment is resolved. We will attempt to notify you before suspension.
14.5 Annual subscriptions are billed once per year. Monthly subscriptions are billed on the same day each month.
15. Cancellation and Refunds
15.1 You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting info@speedflow.cc. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
15.2 After cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your paid period. No refunds will be provided for partial months or unused time in your subscription period.
15.3 We reserve the right to issue refunds on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion, particularly during the beta phase if service issues prevent normal usage.
15.4 We may terminate your subscription immediately if you violate these Terms. In such cases, no refunds will be provided.
16. Our Responsibilities
16.1 We will make reasonable efforts to:
- (r) Provide the Services with reasonable care and quality;
- (s) Maintain the security and integrity of your data;
- (t) Respond to support requests in a reasonable timeframe;
- (u) Comply with applicable data protection laws.
16.2 However, as a beta/MVP product, we do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that all bugs will be immediately fixed.
16.3 We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including internet connectivity issues, third-party service failures, or force majeure events.
17. Your Responsibilities
17.1 You are responsible for:
- (v) Providing accurate website URLs for analysis;
- (w) Ensuring you have the right to analyze the websites you submit;
- (x) Keeping your account credentials secure;
- (y) Using the Services in compliance with all applicable laws;
- (z) Not using the Services to analyze websites without authorization.
17.2 You must not use the Services to: (a) violate any laws; (b) infringe intellectual property rights; (c) transmit malicious code; or (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users’ data.
18. Limitation of Liability
18.1 The recommendations and analysis provided by Speedflow are for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee specific results, improvements in website performance, or outcomes from implementing our suggestions.
18.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for:
- (aa) Any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages;
- (bb) Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities;
- (cc) Damages arising from your implementation of our recommendations;
- (dd) Service interruptions, bugs, or data loss during the beta phase.
18.3 Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.
18.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
19. Governing Law and Disputes
19.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Polish law.
19.2 Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Poland.
